It was a bit of both. I heard FM cut out once or twice but on one instance the webstream stuttered than stopped

neither has happened since much earlier in the show

Did it go to drums or just silence?

Silence each time, didn't hear any drums

How long was the cut?

Ranging from less than a second to around 4. The time the stream stopped playing entirely was preceded by rapid stuttering

It is fusion-y, it sounds Latin American in places, especially with the trumpet and the flute

I have had one decent khichdi, it was at a super fancy fine dining place that made it in front of us using a different ingredient special to each state of india
