Krista, I see a lot of little kids in the grocery store coughing. Nothing says "back to school" like kids catching colds

Worst flu I ever had, I caught from my son when he was 3.

Mine morphed into walking pneumonia. Twice.

Never been sicker than when my toddlers were sneezing in my face.

My last big flu developed into that as well, not fun. Had to go on an inhaler because I was coughing so hard that I burst a capillary in my sarcophagus. It healed, though.

The flu I got in 2003 was when I was driving my son to the doctor for his flu. From the back seat baby seat, he handed me a gummy. It was kind of wet, but I ate it anyway.

The only time when I knew exactly to the second when I got a disease.

So far I've been lucky to not catch the 19 (that I know of). Booster scheduled for Tuesday evening next week.

I still need to get my seasonal flu shot and COVID booster.

I got my booster last Sunday. I felt kind of punky for a day. That didn't happen with previous shots.

My in laws say that.

I haven't gotten a flu shot since 2014 when I got one and then got sick a month later anyway

I went to a "beach" club in Highlands Jerz (bay or inlet whatever that body is... not Ocean) And they had that Sirius Yacht thing playing way loud. The announcer w the pre recorded bits had a strange affect. Trying too hard at comedy. Sounded like a cough syrup experiment gone wrong

Read a funny story about early Led Zep tour in the south when Page n Plant met a local musician to buy a bass guitar off of him. They had to commute to him via a small boat for some reason. Allegedly the local young musician was Christopher Cross. Story was on the LZ official site in the show by show listings where people post comments entered by supposed former band mate of Chris i think. Doesn't matter if true or accurate. Funny story picturing it.
