I just did my regular Friday morning 3-mile walk/jog. I lost 3.5 lbs. in the process. I have in front of me an ice cold can of IC Light (Pittsburgh's finest) while I enjoy the sounds.

I went to Anchor Steam in SF and got the tour upstairs of the hop room. OMG, it smelled like pot store in there.

There is a station that play harbor sounds and fog horns after they sign off, I think they are out of Redwood City in the bay area.

Has anyone in the Philly area seen the new Sun Ra mural in Germantown? Philly Mural Arts dedicated it last month. I haven't been to see it yet.

What keeps hypnotizing me is sunlight reflecting off the water onto leaves moving in the wind. Can't get enough of that. Hard to find sometimes.

This is truly a "killer" tune and I love this original cut. One of my other fave versions is the Quincy Jones "live" version from 1981.
