We're heading out. @environmental justice, we've greatly enjoyed your shows this season! Everyone have a nice cool morning. Until the next time
environmental justice (host) 7:55:13 AM
thanks so much rob!! have a nice day and see you around :)
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:12:26 AM
We're back for a bit. The album title "Broken Hearted Dragonflies" grabbed our attention and I am playing Brood rn. My wife is big into dragonflies as well as weird repetitive music so we are enjoying this track :-D
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:12:53 AM
Also I love the band name Bird Show since we both watch birds too
environmental justice (host) 9:14:03 AM
omg welcome back
environmental justice (host) 9:14:40 AM
yea that album is really weird and cool! i think all the songs play into each other so you can listen for like an hour on end
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:15:34 AM
I thought they might play into each other. We will listen to the whole thing from start to finish later today
environmental justice (host) 9:16:16 AM
i saw a really cool bird on the way to the station today with a call i had never heard before, i tried to snap a pic but it was too fast for me :')
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:37:34 AM
Oh dang! Can you remember anything about its appearance or the sound it was making?
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:39:04 AM
Also I just clicked in seconds ago to hear what sounds like a hive full of angry bees launching there way toward an intruder
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:39:35 AM
*their way
environmental justice (host) 9:40:04 AM
lmao yea this track got really crazy
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:41:17 AM
The Beeman instead of The Wolfman
environmental justice (host) 9:43:46 AM
all i can remember about the bird is that i thought it could have just been a blue jay, except it didnt really sound like one at all? at least not the call im familar with
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:46:20 AM
Blue Jays sometimes imitate Red-shouldered Hawks, and can make other interesting calls.
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:53:11 AM
Have a great rest of day and week!
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:53:33 AM
Ty for all this radiator hissing music ;-)
environmental justice (host) 9:53:41 AM
oooh that hawk call does sound like what i heard this morning
environmental justice (host) 9:53:55 AM
thanks again for tuning in!! have a nice week :)
Rob from Maryland 🦀 9:56:04 AM
I've watched a jay make the hawk call high in a tree then look back and down at me as if to say "how did I do?" #Anthropomorphism
environmental justice (host) 9:58:17 AM
awwwe thats so cute
