I had never been there at night to see the bridge lit up! I happened to be staying over and was overwhelmed by the beauty!!!

It's that time again!

Frenchtown- I had come out of a show at ArtYard and I saw the splendor of the bridge arrayed before me - it was a moment!!

I am one of the few to figure out that the 1965 Voting Rights Act [VRA] had a historic SCOTUS reversal from a 1874 case "Minor v Happersett" = Virginia Minor had attempted to use the 14th Amndt to register to Vote. Eunice and Elisha Foote likely advised into the case as we know their son-in-law officially advised. No one knows that the VRA (originally meant to protect poor black people of the South) is actually about half of the country Voting = The Women. SPREAD THE WORD!!!

In 1874, SCOTUS made the mistake - after a decision that affirmed Women's Citizenship - to 'slick' into the end - that Voting is really a .... 'privilege' ... and NOT a RIGHT. Try telling that to any American today!!

maple PB - good combo I bet. the other day I made a crepe wrap with maple syrup, egg, butter, salt, cinnamon

sounds delish BAM. was also in vermont recently for the first time ever, coincidentally/accidentally during "maple open house weekend", and we toured a bunch of sugarhouses and ate SO much syrup. was awesome

BAM - didnt see an exact demo but got a very in depth look and explanation of all of the machinery at one sugarhouse by a very nice guy that sounded exactly like steve-o

Birch syrup is hard to find, but there are a number of EBay vendors that have it. Kahiltna also sells direct.

I only buy *real* maple stuff. Often times I find cheaper gallon or half gallon jugs from family maple farms on the road.

Something else to try, shagbark hickory syrup. There's a mom & pop place that makes this stuff outside Mifflintown that I discovered on the way to Goose Fest last year.
