Welcome to the 2nd Pledge show for Recherché! pledge.wprb.com!

Hello Hello! Your co-host here!

omg, Readie and Lizbot! What could be better?!

Hey Bike R!!

Hello LIzbot and Readie, this is my favorite Wendy Carlos album!

Hey Bud Burroughs! She's so cool! Love it!

Liz Bot, will you be on your regular show tonight too?

Hey Bike R & Bud!!

Yes, LizBot and I together again starting at 5!

@Bike R - Yes! 5-8 PM with Readie as my co-host! The theme is "A Rainbow In Curved Air": Colorsongs!

@Liz Bot -- this is awesome! The two of you make a great show, and we all know we need to pledge.wprb.com!

@Bike R (monthly$) - Thanks!

@Readie and @Liz Bot Too awesome for words

Thanks so much Bike R! 😍

Hi Doubleplus Raindow! Smells recherchering butter today!

Hey Ossy!

Hee hee (MJ voice ) https://www.instagram.com/reel/DXdbeV_jFgx/?igsh=azRkeDFkYmFycTht

Hi Ossy!

Driving home, we saw a cool rainbow Sunday. Looked like it was coming from directly from our house.

Hey Amy Lee!

If the purple robot shirt ever makes it into the wprb store I’m going to buy 7

@zach: Which purple robot? That can possibly be arranged!

Hi Amy Lee! Amazing! And fitting for my rainbow/color theme from 5-8 PM today!

Hi Zach!

i think x's have all my shirts besides red one with the cat, but i think ill be getting a new one shortly here : O. hey readie and lizbot round 2!

@Zach - My husband wears his purple robot WPRB shirt I think more than any of the past designs!

this was my buddies son's first concert 2 years ago epic!

Hi michael gudgeon!

Ohhh, I remember the purple robot! Have it in my tshirt stash to be sure. Yeah, that's a good one.

hiiiiii! was just out checking out the Penn Relays chaos. it's a gorgeous day!

Hey DanR, mg, Zach & addie!!!!

Hi Dan R - I attempt to find an image of it online, but if I can't, I will take a photo of mine at home and email it to you!

Hello addie 🐍🐍🐍 pledge!! It's so beautiful out!

One of my guitars with awful tuners is always micro tonal. :)

LOL, Roff!

@michael gudgeon - Great first concert band!

Happy pleasant Thursday!

@michael gudgeon - I love that red psychedelic cat shirt! One of my favorites!

traffic advisory: don't be trying to cross the Schuylkill today by car or bus! best bet is the trolley or El.

Hi Roffle 0x7EA!

@addie 🐍🐍🐍 pledge! - The Penn Relays always sneak up on me! I should remember when they are...I know roughly but I always forget to mark it on my calendar! My dad was a track & field guy who used to attend those and ran in them when he was in college.

@addie 🐍🐍🐍 pledge! I'm in Princeton all day but need to alert George because he has to drive around a lot today!

definitely let him know, it's crazy out there

2 more recurring pledges for our goal of 600!!!!! pledge.wprb.com!

@addie 🐍🐍🐍 pledge! - I just let him know!

Love these Ives pieces!

@Dan R- right? glad you love this!!

Love me a lizard wizard

always the lizardy goodness prevails

I'm loving the microtonal microphones, or the microphonal microtones 🎹 🎶🎤

Hi Readie & Lizbot! Hi chat 👋

Hey Christine, 'PRB Pledger Allegiance 💸!! Thank you for your pledge!!

CHRISTINE! hiya!!! 😘😘

@Zach - Lizard wizards are the best kind of wizards

It is my honor. Keep up the DoublePlusAWESOMENESS!

THANK YOU for your pledge!

Music like this makes me lament the fact we don’t call it the pianoforte anymore

It is both soft and strong! It’s not just a piano!

Otoboke Beaver 💯 all the energy

@Christine, 'PRB Pledger Allegiance 💸 - Otoboke Beaver = energy to Melt-Banana!

Reeeeadieee!!!! Are you aware of the modern master of Microtones = Jacob Collier? He makes this stuff sound good. Among many things this young genius gets into - his singing pieces really get the 'M-Tones' rocking! A master in our midst!

Hey Jimbotone Micro!!

@Jimbotone Micro - The prodigy! ALthough he's probably like 30 now, but he still looks like a kid!

Zackly!

Congratulations for carrying WPRB beyond 600 recurring donors!

I have heard it said that musical experts still have difficulty breaking down Beethoven. I would love to see Mr. Collier get busy with Beethoven Micro Tone comparisons.

OVER ☆☆☆ 6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ ☆☆☆🥳🪩💸🏆

DING! DING! FREAKIN' DING!

Jimbotone !!!!!! Micro!!

THANKS JON! ONWARD!!

@Readie, I have you to credit for introducing words like 'lagniappe" and of course "recherche" into my vocabulary.

Hi Jon "pledge.wprb.com" Solomon! Thanks! The energy is high and the pledges are flowing!

@Liz Bot “Color Wheel” by ASM is a full album of songs about colors.

I was not aware of this band, but as Gizzard fan I am intrigued! Thanks for the exposure and pledge on!

Hey Travisj!

Hi Travisj!

This is more fun than a frog in a glass of milk! Congratulations & thanks for the {micro}tunes.

Love the teamwork during this pledge drive! And the great tunes, as always!

Hi Joey Bug! Thank you for your pledge!

@Travisj in Pledge-orado - Glad you're loving the music!

We're in microtonal land! Let's break the 12-tone, 12-goal hegemony. Can there be 13 donations???

@Dan R (many-tentacled monthly donor) - 12-tone 12-pledge is a good pitch to make! Thanks!~

Thank y'all who pledged so far!!❤️❤️❤️

You are so welcome Joey Bug! Thanks for pledging!

“One of us! Gobble, gobble!”

@Joey Bug - You might make me chant that on the air!

Hi Readie! Hi Lizbot! Heard part of your show last week, but couldn't get into the chat, but the stars aligned for today....

Hi Alan Parsec!

@Alan Parsec - Thank you for your pledge! I'm glad you made it into the chat this time!

We Pledge, Radio Blasts

Hey Alan!! Thank you so much!!! 💫💫

Why Pledge? Real Beats!

Liz & Readie: So good to hear you both with your energy today!!

There is a pod of Whales going past the Barge. They want to donate a month's worth of plankton!!! Might be hard to count that many plankton though!

Twelve bots for twelve tones 🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖 (per octave)

Hey Readie and Liz Bot! Loving the show!!

With Pledges Rebellions Build

I LOVE THAT, ZACH!

@Jimbotone Micro - Oooh, how many tons is a month's worth of plankton for an entire pod of whales? Remember to show yr work!

Hey Jeffry! good to see you!!! 🥰

@Christine, 'PRB Pledger Allegiance 💸 - I must credit Dan R of Tomorrow Is an Octopus for that one!

The Concerned Chipmunks of Chester County want to donate 30,000 Acorns! Where do we send them!

Supper is Ready Readie!

thanks, Thomas!! On my way!

@Jimbotone Micro - Instruct them to take their acorns and spell out "W P R B" with them in Palmer Square. Publicity is worth 30,000 acorns at least!

Saw Steve Hackett play this at the Scottish Rite in Collingswood! Epic!!

Witches Playing Righteous Bells (I don’t think I have to qualify that witches are a good thing, but I will)

@LizBot - Perfect placement. That is where we will hold the PRB Plankton Cake Bake Sale! Mmm! Plankton Cakes!

@thomas hatch - Nice! Have you seen the Genesis tribute band The Musical Box? They are scarily accurate and play at The Keswick in Glenside every couple of years. I saw them perform all of Lamb Lies Down on Broadway with the original slides and costumes!

@Zach - Oh, I am flattered! Love witchy powers! Loving these station acronyms!

This song started and I was like “Oh these are witches”

@Jimbotone Micro - Mmm, hearty plankton! Rich in iron and cakely goodness!

I heard they were really good and they bought some of their instruments and gear from Genesis to recreate them more accurately

@thomas hatch - Yeah the lead singer so eerily sounds exactly like P Gabriel

I saw Genesis on the Invisible Touch tour and the only PG era song they played was In the Cage

Did someone say Horse Lords????

Make a Pledge for the Barge = WPRB = Where Pledges Retain Buoyancy!!!!

I hoped we'd hear from Horse Lords during the microtonal melee!
