but it is bird season!

woohoo plants! woohoo bird season too. My wife and I went to a local park yesterday afternoon and saw first-of-year bird species. And blooming Spring Beauty, violets, and Lesser Celandine (the yellow flower blooming now in and near woods)

We do!! KALX has a shirt two years ago with a crow's or raven's head sticking out of a victrola. Even though I don't listen to them much any more (WPRB rules), I had to get that shirt!

even though they aren't bird themed, our premiums for the upcoming drive are looking pretty good!

That's good to know! I *loved* the WPRB barn owl stickers last fall, and I have a few to hand out to DC area birders who like alternative music
