Good afternoon Rob!!
0x7EA Roffle 3:10:40 PM
Dropping some Raga. Nice!
edward glissando (host) 3:11:01 PM
Thanks Roffle!
Rob from Maryland 🦀 3:11:48 PM
Yes, raga!
Rob from Maryland 🦀 3:12:06 PM
Hi Roffle!
0x7EA Roffle 3:12:46 PM
Hey Rob! Did you get out today birding?

Roffle, not today, Tuesdays are bad. I did my usual Tuesday grocery/mutual aid run, then I had an acupuncture appointment. Now I'm dealing with laundry and bills, and raga

Hi Dave!
0x7EA Roffle 3:18:31 PM
Rob! That's the rest of it I suppose. Sometimes when I am on the river I really want to ask you a couple of questions sometimes. Birds are always quite busy there.
Rob from Maryland 🦀 3:26:51 PM
Roffle, the river birds are plotting something. WPRB sub shows, them migrating, and so on ;-)
0x7EA Roffle 3:28:56 PM
I knew it! Somethings up. And who would know more about that than birds?
edward glissando (host) 3:47:15 PM
I just noticed there's birdsongs in this piece!
edward glissando (host) 3:47:32 PM
or something that sounds like one
0x7EA Roffle 4:00:15 PM
That is the wonder.
0x7EA Roffle 4:01:25 PM
I am honestly clueless what to do with some frequencies.
0x7EA Roffle 4:02:38 PM
What I think they are is the best.
edward glissando (host) 4:03:05 PM
Very nice :)

Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:16:34 PM
@edward, I didn't hear the bird song, bc I was listening to local traffic news about a very recent crash on the beltway causing sudden, miles-long backups :-(
edward glissando (host) 4:17:04 PM
No worries, I hope you check it out sometime! It's a catchy tune
edward glissando (host) 4:17:23 PM
I meant curious bird
edward glissando (host) 4:17:31 PM
Sorry to hear about the crash
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:24:48 PM
I'll listen to Sleep Paralysis and Wendy Eisenberg at some point soon.
edward glissando (host) 4:25:02 PM
nice :)
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:27:04 PM
We're at home, but the crash was at a really really bad microlocation that we drive through at least every month, at the start of rush hour, and details have emerged such as one of the three cars is or was lying on its roof in one of the two left lanes ...
edward glissando (host) 4:30:01 PM
Oh my gosh that's terrifying!
TAndy 4:31:25 PM
Alright, that was a GREAT drive with the show especially the first part. Thanks Ed!
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:31:37 PM
It is, hence my interest. The upside down car is now right side up. I haven't heard one way or the other about injuries ... This Steve Reich piece will calm us all down!
edward glissando (host) 4:33:21 PM
Thanks TAndy!
edward glissando (host) 4:33:34 PM
Glad Steve Reich can help calm down the nerves!
0x7EA Roffle 4:48:23 PM
Why do I love the African beats? I don't know. I don't care.
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:48:48 PM
Someone compared Mdou Moctar to my wife's latest interest Angine de Poitrine, but we hadn't gotten around to checking them out. So thank you, edward!
edward glissando (host) 4:49:07 PM
I gotta look into Angine de Poitrine! Thanks for the rec
edward glissando (host) 4:49:51 PM
Glad you like this Roffle!
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:49:56 PM
you are most welcome!
0x7EA Roffle 4:50:31 PM
Angine de Poitrine is the best ad campaign in music since the Beatles maybe.
Rob from Maryland 🦀 4:51:42 PM
