Lots of time to not waste otherwise. Their should be programs to develop life skills in all of those shit institutions. The folks who wind up in there came in because of minimum skills.

to not be so flip, I was in a state of complete despair. So as I lay on the floor, listeing to Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick, i did have a revelation. All is forgiven.
