I just got back from Thailand a few days ago, and on road trip to Chiang Mai I popped on a mix of whatever Thailand had to offer, which on that mix was mostly 60’s-70’s psych rock so it was a real ear perking moment when you popped on those first couple jams.

In a restaurant I like em hot. Yeah rice bean and cheese. No meat. But I'm having a tough finding a great Mexican restaurant near where I live. Plenty of good ones but the GREAT one closed.

Ha. I'm already scouring. Which honestly ain't bad. As I said plenty of good ones. Just wish the best one didn't close. The location is gonna be like the 4th weed place in a 1 square mile area.

The weed to mexican restaurant ratio is out of whack

No shortage of good Mexican/LatAm places around Trenton. Jalapeno and El Guajilo I'm Hamilton, Mexicano on Hamilton Ave and their second location on Parkway Ave in Ewing, La Parilla, Puerto Barrios, Guate Linda, Casablanca, Negro De Oro... The whole Chambersburg neighborhood and surrounding areas have an endless list of places to check out.

When i lived in Philadelphia, a couple Mexican friends came to visit and i implored them to find the good Mexican food in town. It took them less than two minutes. Mole Poblano on S 9th St. they said it was the most authentic Mexican they had eaten in the states. Precious words from them I ensure you.

No shortage of Mexican restaurants anywhere. None are standing out as anything special to me or my wife. We'll keep looking..
