Great tune, had been lurking in my subconscious, I was like...who is this?

Nilsson explained his inspiration for The Point! by saying he was on acid and noticed that trees and their branches all came to points, leading him to think, "Oh! Everything has a point, and if it doesn't, then there's a point to it".

Wow...I just read that Nilsson wrote the song "One" (one is the lonliest number that you'll ever do). Three Dog Night's cover went to #5 in 1969

Morning wishbone! Birding today, maybe. I may go look for unusual birds reported on yesterday's Christmas bird count, like the Greater White-fronted Goose 45 minutes from home.

Also, an hour ago a Snowy Owl flew over a birder friend's house a couple of miles from me, so I think I'll look for that bird since it's so close
