When I worked for USPS this was a day of horror.The realization that your next day off would December 25.

Cutouts you say!! A Third Street specialty

Blue Note was changing hands, It came out in Japan, and I was only able to get it as a cutout, a series of live albums by Blue Note Artists

The 1st cutouts I experienced were at Red Dot Records. but then I experienced true greatness at Third Street Jazz!

Cut outs, the underbelly of the Record Business. But the most exciting.

Yep, I used to shop at Red Dot Records. 3 Riverside albums for $5

Looking over the chat... I think I was at the Pat Cooper/Jimmy Roselli show. My grandfather took everyone for Christmas, right in front of the stage. Cooper kept looking at the morose teen who never cracked a smile...I was quite annoyed that I had to be there.

I feel like I got the best seat in the house in a smoky jazz club. This is good music!

On a similar note, when Revolver was released in the UK, it was pulled after one day due to it using the wrong mix of Tomorrow Never Knows.

Christine, this was digitally remastered by an "amateur". The original fidelity of the track was very poor. This has been dramatically improved.
