@Ram you got the rare ragam Niroshta correct. Dave the Obscure came very close to Mayuri Veena with Dilruba and a couple of listeners got GNB correct too.

I just learnt that Kamala Hassan is a trained Carnatic singer! He sounded very much like Yesudas.

@Swami, yes, Kamal learnt from the legend Dr Balamuralikrishna himself. The composer Ilaiyaraja who tuned the song Kamal sang was a student of another Carnatic and Hindustani greatT V Gopalakrishnan himself
