i feel like so many 90s bands have been on tour recently

They started playing reunion shows a few years prior. Saw them at Union Transfer in 2022 and they were terrific. Most of the crowd was definitely not around for their initial run, and appreciated the chance to finally see 'em.

its always fun when the bands are still just as good during their reunions

I just saw Modest Mouse and Flaming Lips last month. Great show

and as a fan of 90s music who was not alive during the 90s, getting to see these bands live is a treat

I wish I lived in Seattle, they are doing a show playing the entirety of Moon and Antarctica AND The Soft Bulletin in a week or two

Modest Mouse were an awful, erratic live band in their original run so it is funny to see that they seem to have got it all together several decades down the line...

Playing for thousands instead of hundreds will do that!

Honestly Jon, they are still hit or miss hahaha. I lobe Isaac, but I've seen them like 5 or 6 times in the last 5 years, and half the time he's too drunk to remember how to play/sing his own songs

Fun fact, the band 764 Hero took its name from the number you were supposed to call if you saw someone abusing the HOV lanes in Seattle.

Just wanted to jump in and thank you for some Modest Mouse I haven't heard before. I heard Isaac's voice and thought, "Wait, this doesn't sound familiar."
