Hello Jon & fellow Rockers! I was just thinking about the fact that from circa 1988-1992ish, I think I saw the Laughing Hyenas about 6 times. They were very intense but I don't remember being frightened by them. Of Cabbages & Kings, on the other hand, always gave me a creeping sense of dread + goosebumps -- the stuff of nightmares. Which is why I sought them out again and again.

I totally watched the cartoon, tv series, i was obsessed with POTA as a kid. I saw Battle in the movie theatres!

this is sweet. a lot to pay attention to. trying to get missus dale to stop telling me about her day.

Jon Solomon & Commie Francis were both HUGE helps with this ridiculous project. They both are - of course - walking musical encyclopedias. Commie - because of course she did - sent me a link to an entire show she did about monkeys.

They were both key in the birth of this monstrosity. Thanks boss!

I remember my brother had a DK3 show in the late '90's recorded on vhs a friend of his received in a mail trade. I was confused at the time that there were only 2 members.

The "extra" musicians in the group are total ringers.
