It's been going ok. DC's first nesting pair of Mississippi Kites https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Mississippi_Kite/overview have been publicly known for about 3 weeks, and I've been luck to see them 3 times.

They are a southern species which has moved north over the last 40 years so that they now breed in Maryland and even in New Hampshire! They feed on insects, and migrate to northern Argentina to spend the winter
