8:43 AM		Sweet Okay Supersister Spiral Staircase Spiral Staircase Polydor 1974 Supersister was a Dutch progressive rock band, existed from approx. 1970-1974. Often categorized with the Canterbury scene.
8:48 AM		Gong Outer Temple Angel's Egg Virgin 1973 Psychedelic rock band formed by Daevid Allen and Gilli Smyth in France in 1969. Gong became pioneers of a new brand of psychedelia/space-rock/trip-rock - with a conceptual ethos involving aliens and alternative realities. They were an international outfit, increasingly linked to other bands of the Canterbury scene. Unfortunately, the CD reissues leave out the amusing liner notes that enhance appreciation of Gong's music by elaborating on their silly mythology.

This is their debut. The band's name comes from the word used in Quebec for wet snow (slush).
