It's a pretty complicated subject really there's blatant rip offs and then there's advertently lifting something from somebody. And you know it all gets tied up in court and all that, but I don't think these people decide in these cases know what the hell they're talking about. The Tom Petty One a couple years ago went and Tom Petty's favor and I don't think it should've.
