So last month, Chris Spencer (Unsane, Human Impact, etc.) announced the (at the time) soon-to-be-released album by some of his bandmates and others in his circle under the moniker of Cold Wives. Have you heard it/heard of it? The opening track is a real banger. I'm still not sure how I feel about the entire album though, but I've only given it a single thorough listening so far...

Ooo haven't heard but do enjoy unsane. I'll definitely check it out!

The Om track reminded me of Cold Wives. 'State of Non-Return' had a similar structure to the opener, including locking you into a solid groove that demands your attention within the first few notes.

I'll def listen to it today
