One Sunday Marvin was solo. He explained simply that Jeannie was a church going woman.

Hi Jerry...What sad news. A wonderful person. I would never miss a show, and just listening to her and Mr. Bradshaw was an absolute treat, so much jazz knowledge. So much great music on their shows.

Hi Lance. What a beautiful comment by you. She was very special, as you know. She attracted good people to her show.

And to PJ and everyone, she prepared for her shows. She was constantly preparing, and learning. She truly learned as she went. Worked very hard to provide good information by gathering it, not "remembering" it. No surprise that all you guys listened to her.

I remember sneaking out of the Postal facility when I had to work Sundays, sit in the car for an extra long lunch, and just listen. It was always hard to go back in.

And yes, she was a good interviewer. Worked very hard at these things.
