| Ken Nordine Confessions of 349-18-5171 Word Jazz, Vol. 2 Geffen 1960 Ken Nordine (13 April 1920 – 16 February 2019) was an American voice-over and recording artist, best known for his series of Word Jazz albums. His deep, resonant voice has also been featured in many commercial advertisements and movie trailers. The supporting music is by The Fred Katz Group. He was indeed born in Cherokee Iowa. The population as of 2020 is still around 5000. There is still a mental health institute there. Besides that, I suspect much of the rest of the story is fantasy. |

His music has been described as rock, jazz, ambient, experimental, and world music. Tibbetts refers to it as "postmodern neo-primitivism". | Poil Tronche à cul Dins o cuol Dur et Doux 2011 Poil is a French trio (bass/drums/keyboards), that know no limitations and prohibitions. Impressive and delirious, the trio combines raw madness and virtuosity. And they're needlessly vulgar; this track required many edits to allow airplay. The record's title (I think) is something like "in the ass", symbolized on its cover. |
