@Francis - Nice! I love that WPRB was playing in the operating room! I've heard of a lot of other workplaces of all sorts playing PRB but an OR is a first to my knowledge!

@Francis - I had surgery in '09 and was under general anesthesia but I could hear conversations and I heard Steely Dan on the radio. When I came to in the recovery room, I asked about the stuff I heard and was told that yeah, I didn't imagine that!

@Li Maria - Too real. My husband was in the hospital for a week earlier this month and they somehow forgot to bring him meals for 3 days even though it said "regular diet" on his chart...and lotsa other fun hospital misadventures!

@Rofflestomp - When I was a teen, I had a hyperrealistic-seeming recurring dream where I discover I can take increasingly large and high bounds until I'm leap-floating over my yard and then over the whole town. I ALWAYS associate those dreams with and credit them to the Talking Heads video for And She Was, which I saw a lot as kid

A note about this King Crimson song: Not only is it "Fracture," in keeping with theme, but it was George's favorite song for a bit as a youth
