The concept behind "Electric Ganesha Land" is the question - what if Jimi Hendrix had been born in South India? Prasanna plays his electric guitar in a manner of Hendrix, heavily influenced by his own Indian style, over a traditional South Indian Carnatic rhythm ensemble. Although inspired by Hendrix, these are not Hendrix covers.

9:34 AM		The Muffins These Castle Children II <185> Cuneiform Records 1981 Formed in 1973 in Washington DC, USA - Disbanded in 1981 - Reformed in 1998 and broke up in 2016. While their debut "Manna Mirage" fits with the Canterbury Scene, The Muffins were strongly influenced by Fred Frith (guitarist from Henry Cow), so they can be categorized as Rock In Opposition (or at least avant-prog).
9:41 AM		At War With Self The God Interface Torn Between Dimensions Free Electric Sound 2005 "At War With Self", was founded by guitarist / multi-instrumentalist Glenn Snelwar. "Torn Between Dimensions", the band's debut recording, features Snelwar on guitar, mandolin, and keyboards; Michael Manring on fretless bass and e-bow; and Fates Warning's Mark Zonder on drums and percussion. The music blends a variety of styles that would seem 'at war' with each other, like folk and metal.

i drove my old saturn until it hit 205,000 and could only run for like 5 min with the heater at full blast to cool the engine off, and then someone stole it. I never understood how. You couldnt drive it 10 blocks without it overheating if you didnt know.

@unoclay, I am amazed your Saturn lasted so long. Mine died before 70,000 miles. Great brand, but sucky car. Hardly see any Saturns on the road these days.

i was shooting for antique plates on a saturn for the lols. the odometer broke at 205 so it was probably a bit closer to 210 though i couldnt take it out of the city, just around the neighborhood due to heat issue
