Good to hear you Esoterica. Although it doesn't appear on the official movie soundtrack, I was surprised to hear the song "Doot Doot" by Freur in the Tom Cruise movie Vanilla Sky. Love that song!

Hi, Mike! Welcome!:). I think I need to see Vanilla Sky again as it has cult status (unintentional). People i love love that film. I need to add Doot Doot, thanks for that.

I used to hate this music. I worked with a old guy every day in the 80's and we split the day into two parts. Morning, he listened to WPEN (Station of the Stars). Afternoons were my type of music. I got used to and started to like the 30's, 40's music

Besides all of “American Graffitti”’s vintage songs, there was one new song by a contemporary group that appeared in the film. Flash Cadillac & the Continental Kids’ “She’s So Fine” (not Noel Redding’s Jimi Hendrix Experience song). I never got around around to buying any of their records. They also appeared, using a fictional name, in a 1975 “Happy Days” episode.
