Si, en la escuela. A few years afterwards I worked with a couple of dozen people from all parts of Latin America. I took a couple of conversation courses, lunched with my coworkers (and went to a couple of parties), listened to the local AM Spanish radio stations so much that for a while the only albums I bought were because I heard songs on the radio from them

Yeah, the best way to practice is those kinds of conversations
