That B-52's track reminds me of another Athens GA band. I saw Pylon Reenactment Society in Hightstown three days ago. The singer Vanessa is its only real Pylon member though.

I saw perhaps one of the best covers ever of this song. I saw the Smashing pumpkins prior to their first album with about 25 people.They covered Godzilla, and it was wildly good
