My mom was a reading teacher, did the Reading Recovery program that was federally funded to pull kids out of class to catch them up on reading skills so they wouldn't be out on the, "other" track where they get held back, put in special ed, etc. she was so good at it that they made hera teacher leader, thena teacher leader trainer, then adjunct faculty at NYU and Rutgers to help train other teacher leader trainers, etc Thnx for reminding me how awesome mom was

@Amy Lee - I've had three cats, all Philly strays. The first one I managed to keep indoors. She also was kind of a wuss and a marshmallow. The 2nd one was a vert tough adult (but truly a scholar and a gentleman of a cat) before I took him in, so he remained indoor/outdoor because he wouldn't have had it any other way, and the third was a stray kitten who had three brain cells!
