There's been a starling making a very loud piercing whistle at odd intervals. It's across the street, we can hear it through the open window. In between the window and us is the refrigerator, which made a similar whistle this morning because the 'bottle chill' setting was not functioning

They were amusing. They are known for their "medieval fantasy doom metal" aesthetic, and were amusing to watch

What a unique sound that must be, Rob. I got to google that bird sound. I heard a weird bird earlier... i can;t even describe what it sounded like. My property attracts a ton of birds. I have a lot of trees and bushes. In the morning, it sounds like 200 bird are chilling near my bedroom. it's pretty sweet... very different from my Philly homes.
