| Sikkil Sisters Rangapura Vihara - Brindavanasaranga M. Dikshitar Flute - 2 (Sikkil Sisters) MRT Music 2021 Sikkil Kunjumani, (1927 - 2010) and Sikkil Neela, (1938 - 2023). Kunjumani learnt flute from her maternal uncle Azhiyur Narayanaswami Iyer, and Neela learnt from her sister.

| Malini Rajurkar Hori Des Vocal Recital Venus Malini Rajurkar (1941-2023) represented the Gwalior gharana. She had been teaching high school mathematics in Ajmer, Rajasthan. She received a scholarship to study music at Ajmer Music College, where she learnt from Govindrao Rajurkar, and his nephew Vasantrao Rajurkar, who became her husband.

| N. Rajam & Sangeeta Shankar Entani ne varNintunu - Mukhari Tyagaraja Together Magnasound 1996 Dr. N. Rajam was born in 1938, and is the sister of violinist T. N. Krishnan. Rajam started her initial training in Carnatic music under her father, A. Narayana Iyer. She also trained under Musiri Subramania Iyer, and learned raga development from Hindustani vocalist Omkarnath Thakur. She became a professor of Music at Banaras Hindu University, and eventually became head of the department and the dean of the Faculty of Performing Arts of the University. Her daughter Sangeeta Shankar was born on 12 August 1965. While the two normally perform Hindustani music, this is a CD of Carnatic kritis.

| Vijayalakshmi Subramaniam Marugelara - Jayanthasri Tyagaraja Madrasil Margazhi 2005 2005 Vijayalakshmi Subramaniam started her training in Carnatic music at age 5 under K. Padmanabhan. Other gurus included S. Rajam, T.R. Subramaniam and V.R. Krishnan. She earned a PhD in music from Annamalai University in Tamil Nadu.

Lalitha (1938 - 2023), were a Carnatic music singing duo. from Trichur, Kerala. They had their musical training with H. A. S. Mani, Musiri Subramania Iyer and T. K. Govinda Rao. Since they were groomed in Carnatic Music in Mumbai, they were referred to as the "Bombay Sisters".
