The "new" hockey/basketball arena that replaced the Spectrum. It was called the Wachovia Center then. Aug 24, 2004. Yep a great night in Philly.

Yes I logged many a mile at the ol Spectrum. Sometimes the Spectrum Showcase or Spectrum Theater etc whatever they called it when they curtained off half of it and did lower capacity more close up shows

Yeah - I saw Peter Gabriel innumerable times...loved it when Youssou N'Dour was on stage with Pe-tah

Not counting the one time in the 70s as a kid for the Ice Capades... I would guess I saw about 50 shows from 1984 to 2002 or so at the Spectrum.

oh yeah- forgot about the Ice Capades - my aunt took us as kids....

I saw the Sixers vs the Chicago Bulls when Michael Jordan was on board

Cleveland Colliseum. Blossom. These venues punctuate our histories.
