That is definitely a plus but I kinda grew to like the 6:30 AM treks to the studio

Oh yeah I did a 1-3 AM once and I was not a fan. Luckily skipped having an awful time since I was on during the summer

Yes, add 14 hours (or subtract 6?) to you playlist... and it would be 9:20 pm right now, or 1:20 am

My summer timeslot was 11-1 AM but I was in the US for that

I'm 10.5 hours ahead so it's almost 6 pm right now

11 pm is too late for us old farts. We're glad to have caught your show in the morning (eastern US time)

Jagannath, are you following the temperature (and snow) forecasts for Princeton? I ask because this coming Sunday, in my DC suburb, the *high* temperature is currently projected to be +21F (-6C). It's not going to be warmer in Princeton!

I get the occasional snow warning but looking at the weather app right now it is pretty cold yeah, around -7 high

Quite a change indeed. Reminds me of the January day some years ago when I flew out of Baltimore in the morning, heading for Brownsville Texas for a week. I pulled into the airport parking garage as the sun was rising and the temperature was about +6F/-19C. When I left the airport in Texas at like 2 pm, the temperature had _dropped_ to 72F/22C.

Morning Dale! It definitely is, this is a Swedish free jazz ensemble with drone/death metal influences. One of my favorites of this year

Chatpile is great! And love the title of the Effluence track

No chance anyone remembers the whole thing

I prefer Chat Pile's older EPs but this album is cool. I was not a huge fan of Cool World since they're going more nu-metal but this is a collab with Hayden Pedigo and that adds some novelty to the album

this is all great music. i feel like it's all soundtrack work, or should be. really paints a mood.

Definitely oddly relaxing. Ramleh and Genocide Organ are both power electronics classics that are more well known for their older work, Ramleh has changed up their style a decent amount

I would recommend checking out the album Hole in the Heart by Ramleh if you like these

Matt sometimes links to a meme of a rowdy person holding a sofa over his head getting ready to throw it, when there is really intense music

and on that note I've gotta run. If I'm not back before the end of your show, ty, we both enjoyed it! Safe travels back to cold and ?snowy New Jersey!!
