Not really. Those are just shows in New York Connecticut Pennsylvania Maryland and Jersey

Yeah those were prime years I was pretty much done with them by 1980

still, pretty cool! and yes - the prime years!

I play in a GD tribute band that only plays the 68-74 era, with a primary focus of 1972

Bruce Springsteen talks about being at that show in one of his books. When Jerry died he showed up at one of the clubs in Asbury Park and jammed with solar circus I believe it was. He did a pretty good imitation of Jerry's noodling

Yep, that's the fun part. Instead of having to play note for note, we're doing extended jams in the style of that era.

Usually within a few hundred miles of Philly. Around here we typically play Ardmore Music Hall, World Cafe Live, and Sellersville Theater a couple times a year.

Believe me I have some great memories that I can't remember at all

Really fun, ages range from teenagers to 70s. It amazes me how many younger people are very into it. We usually draw a few hundred people for a gig.

I did see the Dead at the spectrum, c 1977? askes the AI to elucidate. To wit- The Grateful Dead (commonly referred to as "the Dead") played multiple shows at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA, over many years. They performed there a total of 53 times between 1968 and 1995, more than any other act at that iconic venue.

@Lester-Many artists loved playing the Philly Spectrum, something about those Philly vibes...

I remember seeing 'Yes' at the spectrum, Jon Anderson remarked after a rousing crowd response, ' ah I see we are back in Philadelphia' or thereabouts.

It wasnt the venue. It was the Philly musci loving crowd. That venue kinda sucked for music.
