Ha Bob... I wonder what ever became of my copy. Gone with the wind. As an aside- my record collection has been rifled by junkies at least twice. Lol Coxhill, Ear of the Beholder ended up in a shop over on Girard avenue. The theif admiddet it, I went to the shop and asked if he had seen a copy of that particular record recently. He affirmed, and I told him the story. No worries, easily found on u tube.

It's dry January, but I have some great Honey Green Tea going.

Actually, Jerry, I think I purchased it at I want to say Rooks and Becords, but no, it was the Book Trader at 4th and South. Had a label on it, 'this is a great record'. Took me 20 years to understand why.

What a great radio Sunday.Started off with a great Towe broadcast tribute to Bela Barton then a rebroadcast of the late David Johansens program. Now Towe hitting it out of the park

LOL. Not at all. I'll be damned - I only have the CD version - can't find the vinyl. I know I had it at some point - maybe that dark period where I got rid of some vinyl thinking "now I have perfect CD sound forever..." NOT!!!

There was a film out a few years ago called Barfly. Mickey Rourke- himself a lush- played across the great Faye Dunaway. In one bar scene Bukowski himself appears in a cameo, as the camera tracks up the bar.

Dinah was tough hombre.She was married to Lions Legend Night Train Layne.
