what made you wanna become a dj ? i tried at 18 and it didnt work then went back at 21 and had much more success and enjoyment of school

it never really crossed my mind heavy until I found out that wprb has community dj's when I was like 16 and I was like oh one day im gonna do that. cuz I just I loved making playlists and being able to like curate a certain energy with then thing that I love most which I music. and so far its been super fulfilling because I've always been kind of struggling with outlets to express my creativity and its also just a super cool community to be apart of

what did you go to school for?

that's my main gripe is that i am concerned I will be uninterested in what im learning get burnt out and end up dropping out which is whyyy I took a gap year to really be sure of what I wanted

also sorry for typos I got super long acrylic nails and they are making everything difficult for me

i just went to a community college liberal arts so just basic ass shit, almost finished but quit in my last semester never went back, not advised! but whe n iwas interested and invested it was great

I want to learn every single aspect there is to music and what it takes to curate it

and I want to become a master of it

if not that then I may major in something involving writing. maybe journalism

@Smart Controla, when you are out in LA, try to listen to KSPC out of Pomona College in Claremont (eastern LA County). It's a college/community station on 88.7 and streams over kspc.org. I don't know how far the terrestrial signal goes, but the stream reaches at least as far as Maryland
