We have a toaster oven with air fryer capability. That is where the Tofurky went while my kid was cooking like six other dishes at once yesterday.

I am near-100% sure I have told this story before but I visited Jen the day after Thanksgiving a few years ago. She was making a turkey stock so strong in her apartment I had to go back into the hallway to regain my breath.
