Lookin forward to yer show. Yesterday fucking sucked finding out Brent H from Mastodon died. I knew the dude from a coupla occasions, and lived in Atlanta. It stirred up the dust and my memories of ATL.

His brother also died, in a hunting accident, some years ago. Brent wuz funny as shit, grumpy Gen Xer. He was close with Matt Pike of Sleep/High on Fire and I'm worried about how Matt is doing, cuz he needs to stay sober.

@Matt there is a group of birds known as thrashers, and a skater birder made a tee shirt for themselves (or at least made the design) of a Brown Thrasher (https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Brown_Thrasher/overview) on a skateboard above a flame THRASHER logo. Copyright etc. prohibited them from actually producing and selling shirts of that design, sadly
