And speakin' of kickin' ... I know a bit about Bruce Lee as a martial artist and movie star, and I've _never_ heard/read the story that his moves were so fast that his film footage had to be slowed down so audiences could follow his action. Lee had absolutely superb body control and was a seasoned performer. I'm sure he totally could and did punch and kick at whatever speeds were best for the camera and audience.

If you're interested in this tremendous personage, I highly recommend "Bruce Lee: The Life" by Matthew Polly. Best researched in-depth Bruce biography ever.
