yeah there's a big portion of my liked masterlist that's like a lot of anco and dan deacon and stuff like that

yes love dan deacon (hes the inspiration for that set)

been lookin forward to this 5 hour clip since i saw the sched bohr!

tim play him last set ! although i'm famil with scratchy vinyl i don't think i've done like a whole set, just great stuff

me and tim actually did a duo show a few weeks back, it was a blast!

i think our shows lend fairly well to one another which is ghreat

By the way, the first LP i bought as a lad was Steve Miller Band's Greatest Hits, which covered the years before The Joker. "Space Cowboy' and "Livin' in the USA" are the best songs on it

I still love Traffic! But let's just say that when I found WPRB in fall 1980, it saved me from all my compatriots in Central Jersey who listened to what is now classic rock... that is to say, Pink Floyd and Led Zep

Welp I found my radio show for the summer

Hah! I loved The Doors in 8th grade, and everyone thought I was a dork. Then they all loved The Doors in 9th grade, but I was listening to The Fall and Joy Division by then (because I was a WPRB snob)

ooh i think i played a song by the fall on my first show on air actually

it was quite good

There were definitely factions at WPRB between the prog fans and the punks

i think prog rock is still some of my favorite (rush)

All that Stuff was like expanding underground indie stuff at the time and then got turned into corp rock by the end of the sevinties.. and then radio kinda turned it into office music easy listening and the term classic rock was born mansion on the hill is a great book about it

I like both but picky about both ...lotta bad punk rock and a lotta bad prog aswell

i feel like i cant really get into punk, but i think i just might not know where to start
