As promised, I checked out a Green Milk From The Planet Orange album I didn't know as well since airing their mid-2000s session a few weeks back. This is the result of my findings.

Caught a whiff of Zeppelin back there a bit.

Did you run today,Jon? My better half advised me not to due to air quality issues. Did it once before and felt tired for days afterwards.

I did not. Monday and Tuesday I did though.

I usually do too but I am so stupid close to this goal I want to reach that I went back out at it. Came up 10 seconds short (last Monday I was under two seconds away).

Believe you me, if I could run after my show I'd try again!

Read a book on running and the author talked of how he would imagine as he was running that it was a big race, the helicopter was overhead and had the camera focused on him and the announcers were talking about how strong and effortless the runner looked! Try that!

detectorists is on freevee and all sorts of streams i believe. it really was quite good.

It's a BBC show. Mackenzie Cook (Gareth from the BBC office) created and stars in it. It's a labor of love, so good.

i did verizon advertising in the 90s early 2000s and worked with james earl jones several times. he would read gun magazines and supposedly had a big firearm collection.

he also wanted the flowers and all the food from his dressing room sent to his apartment.

If it wasn't one of the 5+ bands I was in at the time on the calendar it was Dipsomaniacs often. What was the circular bar place? Was that on the Jerz side? McGuinn's was one we played a bunch on that stretch of Biz Rt 1 in Chent'n but I don't remember the shape of the bar.
