Yeah, those records were amazing. Abbatoir Blues/Lyre of Orpheus were good, too. Something about Blixa Bargeld leaving the Bad Seeds to focus on Einsturzende Neubauten somehow unlocked the potential of both groups

My one beef with that Tortoise & BPB track is that it cuts off too soon. It sounds like Evan Parker is about to unleash some glorious Neil Young soloing, but it just fades out...
