Instantly recognized this as the Stiffs. I loved this band/album -- their singer was quite the visual presence. He dressed in Victorian period clothing, wore a monacle, and generally stood out like the most wonderfully sore thumb at every show in NYC in the 90s.

Krista, thanks for the Dead Can Dance spin. I rarely buy concert albums but with newly acquired Apple Music I can give it a full listen.
