| Billy Bultheel 9ssp - Game Cycle Billy Bultheel Two Cycles PAN 2024
Billy Bultheel's debut solo album is an ambitious distillation of the composer's,' sprawling litany of influences and his unique approach to site-specific composition. A compilation of pieces created between 2016 and 2023, the album is a forceful testament to Bultheel's expansive performance practice and collaborations with cutting-edge visual artists like Anne Imhof and James Richards. Drawing inspiration from industrial music and metal as well as medieval and baroque polyphony, Bultheel devised a way to present this collection of works side-by-side. The record is split into two distinct cycles: the Snow Cycle, which collects Bultheel's electro-acoustic and compositional work, and the Game Cycle, which assembles his electronic productions. |

| Marja Ahti The Altitudes (excerpt) Marja Ahti The Current Inside Hollow Ground 2020 From the label: The Current Inside”, Marja Ahti's sophomore album for Hallow Ground, plays with the theme of currents - connecting and animating movements in the form of air, water and electricity. It approaches sound as a poetic medium, focusing both on the experience of sound as form and energy and on a loosely narrative arc, suggesting a riddle on the relations between the sounds. It implements alternative as well as intuitive tunings, analog and digital synthesis, recordings of sonorous spaces and vessels, electromagnetic fields transduced into audio, acoustic close-ups of elements in motion and other field recordings. Fluently connecting quite diverse sound sources, Ahti's music lingers in a zone between abstract sonorities and vaguely familiar acoustic environments.

| Sbatax Spires Sbatax Spires Umlaut Records 2023 from the label: Under the name SBATAX, Bertrand Denzler and Antonin Gerbal continue their exploration of flow, speed and patterns by exacerbating the sound of their saxophone-drums duo. The furrow they dig ends up forming spirals that gradually migrate towards regions where movement becomes a texture that floats in the wind. Bertrand Denzler and Antonin Gerbal have been working together since 2011, both as a duo and with bands and projects such as Zoor, Denzler-Gerbal-Dörner, Onceim, Horns+, CCP3 or Protocluster, whose albums have been released by labels such as Umlaut Records, Confront Recordings and Remote Resonator.

“I started recording zither, lyre, and handcrafted string instruments designed by Yuri Landman in my home in Brussels without any intentional duration or particular structure,” she says. “I only wanted to feel the delicate resonance of those instruments, tuned specifically, bouncing back and forth between my bedroom walls.” |

| Trinh T. Minh Ha EXCERPT Between Dog And Wolf::Trinh T. Minh Ha Trinh T. Minh Ha a lecture given by artist and filmmaker Trin T. Minh-ha, “Between Dog and Wolf”. Through this "colour", entre chien et loup, she evokes the migrant self, boundaries and multiplicities, as well as the complex passage between feelings of identity and alterity experienced by those who struggle under the labels of exile, migrant or refugee. A reimagining of what it means to say, to stay and to move between here, there and elsewhere, in a new unfolding of the poetics of journeys...

| DHANGSHA PHOENIX (IN OUR THOUSANDS, IN OUR MILLIONS) DHANGSHA unreleased 2024
The phrase “In our thousands, in our millions, we are ALL Palestinian” is a statement of solidarity of conscious peoples of the world with the people of Palestine. But it denotes as well, the oppression and dehumanisation of those beyond Palestine similarly perpetrated and perpetuated by the interlinked forces of capitalism and a western colonialism that never ended. The Phoenix can equally represent the rising up of all peoples subjected to these forces. The track was written by Dhangsha in Toruń, Poland, where he was participating in the Cosmos of Arts Festival, curated by his friend, renowned musician Wojciech Konikiewich and performed and recorded live at NRD Klub on 14th August 2024. |

From the label:

Sound artist and composer Liew Niyomkarn invites us back into her shimmering, dreamlike universe with her second release on Chinabot, In all possible places at once. Spoken word interludes drift through warm electronic tones and strains of traditional instrumentation to create a record that explores dimensionality – of space, of time, of self.
From the artist: The Phoenix is the ancient Canaanite symbol of Gaza. Gaza WILL rise again.
