helps me hydrate! especially in the heat like this. I don't know the specific benefits but I'm sure there are plenty

I was in Barbados and there were vendors by the side of the road who would chop open a coconut for you using a machete. Didn't try it but it looked interesting.

the best coconut water comes directly from the source like last month someone took a machete and opened a coconut for me and it was the best
