You know that feeling you have when someone succeeds in scaring you by hiding around the corner, or does a magic trick for you the mechanics of which you can't quite figure out? There's an anger you feel towards them for acting like they know something you don't, for making you feel silly for not having your guard up high enough; all that's left to do after is to go with the joke.
This is how it feels like for August to be here already. It has snuck up on me, and I didn't even realize it would be my last show, and that a bunch of other things are over. But there's still a month of summer left-- so today we will begin with punk and end on a jazzy note, with a lot of fun stuff in-between. Thank you for having listened this summer.
