Habitat Enrichment is the concept of introducing novelty to an animal's enclosure to keep it from getting bored or sad. Let me play you something fun. Genres span world and time, just like a cat with a box to play in.

Some specialties you can usually hear a little on my show: Luk Thuong, 60s crooners, cow punk, and synthwave. If you don't like the song currently playing, wait approximately 2 minutes for something else!

Plagues

I've done a Plagues show for Passover every year, and this year is no different! Songs about cattle sickness, eclipses, skies raining blood, etc.

Fishbone - Party at Ground Zero?

The first recording of that Froggie song I heard was by the Zantees, kind of a prenatal version of the A-Bones. It was heavily influenced by Danny Dell's 1960 rockabilly version.

My children listen to Frog and Toad and Owl at Home and Grasshopper on the Road every night

Owl at Home is my favorite, it is so absurd

I remember reading Frog and Toad as a kid in "Cricket" magazine. Namely, the story where various forest critters laugh at Toad as he emerges from a swim in a ridiculous old-fashioned bathing suit.

Frog and Toad, brings back by the fire and off school elementary school days!
