Serenade to a Cuckoo w/Jerry Gordon (host) 12:02:12 PM
I assume you looked out the kitchen window to see what was happening?
Stephen Higgins 12:04:02 PM
Hi all, looking forward to another "Shaken and Quaken" show!

Serenade to a Cuckoo w/Jerry Gordon (host) 12:05:40 PM
Thanks, Brian!
Christine 12:05:50 PM
I went to the window to see if there was a giant truck rolling by, or if a truck came off the road and possibly hit the house. It felt like an earthmover connected with the house and was pushing it. 🫨
Christine 12:06:46 PM
How did you all fare?
Serenade to a Cuckoo w/Jerry Gordon (host) 12:07:57 PM
Yup, I was looking for the tractor trailer in my driveway!
Stephen Higgins 12:09:47 PM
You always do Jerry!
Brian D 12:09:58 PM
Yep. Rumbling building. We had just received word that a large slow moving overload truck was blocking traffic all up and down the county today and yesterday. So we thought....hmm could that be the overloaded truck? But no....
Brian D 12:10:11 PM
Sure broke up the day and kept things interesting

Roffle 12:45:56 PM
Hi! Nice to hear more promotion of the event Jerry. This is a good thing!
Christine 12:47:04 PM
It was crazy last year. The huge tent was so neat and luxurious as giant tents go. Rudesh was wearing a killer shiny jacket. It was so disappointing that the rain and more alarming for an electrified tent, the lightning 🌩 called the afternoon to a halt.
Christine 12:49:04 PM
Many people went indoors to Richardson Auditorium and listened to Rufus Reid & his band do their run-through in preparation of the evening concert.
Serenade to a Cuckoo w/Jerry Gordon (host) 12:50:34 PM
Hi Roffle. Thanks for tuning in. You can't beat great jazz for free!
Roffle 12:52:46 PM
Wow, free water and electricity last year too like Christine said. Definitely gonna hop on the train this year though. :)

Great show as usual! Happy Friday to Everyone
Brian D 2:48:20 PM
Love the mean dirty guitar from Pete Cosey on Electric Mud!!

Ossy, other people mentioned an earthquake around that time today. A while ago!
Jay Sylvester 2:55:37 PM
Great show!
Roffle 2:55:44 PM
Most other places in the world an earthquake is a cause for alarm, but not in New Jersey. It's meme's and drinks for everyone around the house. How to not love NJ sometimes is impossible.
Ossy 2:56:02 PM
A real scary long time ago, to feel something up in person, Jerry!
Brian D 2:56:18 PM
Great show Jerry! Happy Weekend all
