CJ's show was Follow The Train, played a lot of nerd metal/weebcore adjacent music. It was lit. Lots of King Glizzy and Miku

The "Bombay Calling" main riff was so similar to Deep Purple "Child in Time" . Any of the first 4 or 5 lps I guess. I don't know anything about the mid 70s Dave Coverdale then Tommy Bolin years...

King Gizzard was def a regular rider on that train.

AHA! From an interview w/Ian Gillan from Deep Purple: "Ah, 'Child In Time'. That was written such a long time ago. There are two sides to that song - the musical side and the lyrical side. On the musical side, there used to be this song 'Bombay Calling' by a band called It's A Beautiful Day. It was fresh and original, when Jon was one day playing it on his keyboard. It sounded good, and we thought we'd play around with it, change it a bit and do something new keeping that as a base."
