And I found that, althoughtyou certainly wouldn't want to mess with him, he a truly beautiful soul. Just a beautiful soul ...

@ DJ Karolina (host) Okay ... re: Richie Havens comment about Washington DC and "the Romans" that gets an audience laugh before he performs "All Along the Watchtower"... the only thing I can suggest ... it was recorded at The Cellar Door club in DC during 1970, the first year of President Richard Nixon's administration. Maybe it had to do with Nixon's sense of being an emperor with an empire???
