The song appears to be from the accursed Zack Snyder's horrible 2009 film, adapted from the great 1987 book by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Moore didn’t allow his name to be credited in that movie (or in most movies based on his work).

David - Funny I mention The Parkers sitcom, which is a spinoff sequel of 90s sitcom called Moesha, who Sheryl main cast starred in, as Brandy's stepmother. Yeah, Mighty Quinn is badass, with some of Bob Marley's family there and Denzel Washington!
