Got to talk to Terrence Simien at a little inn up in Vermont about 10 yrs ago. Had no idea he was playing a concert at this tiny place we booked a room at months earlier. Between sets we were chatting (really nice guy) and he asked how come they don't have that Jambalaya Jam no more?! That was a ball for the musicians too. Good times. River Blues fest too. They had the greats when they were still alive
